Zinc phosphate 2К Acrylic DTM with high atmosphericing and mechanical resistance, high flexibility and high anticorrosive barrier.

Galvanized Steel

Use Scotch-Brite® abrasive cloth and degrease, perform adhesion test.

Aluminium

Sand with P280-320 sandpaper, clean and degrease, perform adhesion test.

Plastic Materials

Wash with acetone, isopropyl alcohol or special solvents, use Scotch-Brite® abrasive cloth and degrease, perform adhesion test.

Glass

Pre-existing coatings

Remove old layers by sandblasting or mechanical grinding with P240-320 sandpaper, clean and degrease.
